Dr Jason Bos
Clinical Psychologist

Welcome

I am an experienced Clinical Psychologist with a private practice in Rose Bay.

I have found that the most meaningful and enduring change comes through developing insight and self-understanding. My aim is to provide a thoughtful and compassionate space where this process can unfold.

I have extensive expertise in supporting adults and adolescents with a range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, OCD and personality, sexuality and identity difficulties. I also provide school-related assessments and I am a Board-approved supervisor.

My approach to therapy is primarily psychodynamic, yet I am deeply client-focused and can integrate a variety of therapeutic approaches to support your unique needs.

Beyond private practice, I am an academic Research Fellow at Deakin University and a Psychology Honours supervisor. My research interests and publications focus on smart-phone addiction, psychodynamic psychotherapy, complex youth mental health and mental health within elite sport.

I welcome you to contact me to discuss working together.
